The finish is sweet initially and then bitter notes of rubbery smoke and spice come near the end

Matured in specially treated red wine and American whiskey barrels to develop this spirit’s signature body and sweetness

Everything is undertaken on our own farm to form a small batch local liquor of international quality (we aim for class production rather than mass production).
