Oak aging adds spices, coffee and dark chocolate. The rich aroma shows red currants, plums, light minerality and several different spices. Grape: 69% Syrah, 13% Grenache, 9% Cinsault, 8% Cabernet, Sauvignon, 1% Viognier Ageing: 18 months in older French oak barrels. Serving temperature: 15 18C
