TOHUWABOHU 2020 Côtes de Provence What’s that we hear youHand picked grapes, traditional maceration in a wooden fermenter, resting period of 20 days, gentle pressing, storage in 60% new and 40% perennial French oak barrels. Dark purple almost black in colour. Depth on the nose, with fruity aromas of dark berries & well balanced oak aroma. Full bodied & demanding wine, structured and complex, young, aromas of ripe strawberries, cherries and blackberries, also oak but well integrated with a long finish.
