2023 Sciara – 980 Metri – Etna Rosso – DOC Nerello Cappuccio Valeris is Muzic's 100% FriulanoA blend of Nerello Mascalese from three contrada, Monte Dolce, Carrana and Barbabecchi, planted in volcanic sand between 900 and 1,000 metres on Mount Etna. Each site brings something different: Monte Dolce a mineral edge, Carrana power, Barbabecchi restraint. Fermented with wild yeast and aged in a mix of barrel and fibreglass.
