Walking around the tiny city of Luxembourg was a pleasant surprise

making the water droplets that stuck to the ferns sparkle

so some people don't like them for that reason

My husband will cut them to the ground and they shoot right back up again

I snapped some photos from the passenger side window of our car and knew I would paint this mountain when I saw it. I named it Lone Mountain simply because it stood out to me amongst all of the other mountains that surrounded it. I was drawn to its shape and the way the sun accented its vertical crevices. Oil
