Stud to Drop Earring Fordite Earrings, Corvetteite, Solid 925 Silver fordite_tie_tack This fordite necklace and earringI made this colorful set of fordite earrings in a stud to drop design. The fordite is corvetteite from Bowling Green KY circa early 2000's. I cut the fordite stones in small domed rounds that are about 10 mm across. They are set in silver bezel cups so overall they are about 10. 5 mm across. I used a bar which I textured in an abstract design to bring the settings down a bit away from the ear lobe. The earrings measure about 31 mm in overall height.
