This wine comes from my vineyard under the imposing CatharåÊCastle of Queribus in Maury in the Roussillon where Domaine Jones started back in 2007

Released in the UK in 2014

Distilled in 2011 & finished in a 1st Fill Tawny Port Barrique for 15 months

these two cask types interweave to create a truly unique and intriguing whisky that celebrates the subtleties of both smoke and sweetness
