Francois Raveneau, Chablis 1er Cru Foret 2019 750ML SPSpain615MAR raspberry)The 2019 Chablis Fret 1er Cru has a little strictness on the nose, needing more coaxing than other cuves in this vintage; touches of flint and pressed white flower are eked out with aeration. The palate is very well balanced, taut and fresh, with a fine bead of acidity. Quince and a touch of tangerine surface toward the elegant finish. Lovely.
