This is a sterling silver piece with a marbled looking red natural stone. We are unsure what the stone is called but it appears to be synthetic as there is a bit of wear in the bottom corner.. The setting is sterling silver with pieces dangling down. Put this pendant on a silver chain and you'd have a beautiful necklace! Please note, The one ring attaching the pendant to the necklace loop is a bit crooked (see photos). Stamped
