True to size. Material + Wash : 95% Bamboo Viscose + 5% Spandex (OEKO TEX Standard 100) 220GSM Machine wash on COLD + GENTLE. Utilizing a color catcher sheet in the initial wash is recommended. HANG TO DRY to minimize shrinkage. Moderate shrinkage is anticipated with cotton textiles and fabrics.
