5/8" dowel maker A Tilting router lift reallyThis dowel maker works like a pencil sharpener. The blade is oriented to tangentially cut (not scrape) shavings off the stock. The blade curves away from the dowel as it finishes the cut to leave a clean finished dowel with minimal tool marks on it. This is my largest dowel maker.
