This well aged blended malt come to us via the wonderful Douglas Laing, and has been crafted using malt whiskies from the Highland region, all aged for at least 25 years. The name is a reference to the Robert Burns poem 'To A Mouse', and features a cheerful little mouse on the label too. TASTING NOTES Nose: Orange, honey, soft hints of earthy vanilla pod, peppery malt and cornflakes.
