Young and playful, this blend is 5% malt, 5% mash corn and wheat . Its aged in casks made from a native oak in Japan, Mizunara. The wood should be 2 years old before it can make the tightly sealed casks. The whiskey is aged in new American white oak and finished the Mizunara. Mildly smoky with banana, caramel, and date on the palate, it has a pleasing roundness and spice. Enjoy
