10th Duke of Hamilton Crest Food Warmer OSP Old Sheffield Plate c. 1820 lithe green stems or you might set itPresented is a lovely Old Sheffield Plate food warmer serving dish made between 1800 to 1830s. The piece displays a fancy gadroon edge on each section. The handles have a nice threaded detail and grape clusters where they meet the body. The warmer separates into three sections: one for hot or cold water, for heating or cooling, one for the actual food being served, and a lid on top. On either side of the lid, there is a sterling insert which displays
