Matured in a 1st Fill Oloroso Hogshead. No chill filtration. Natural colour. NOSE Treacle sponge, Moray Cup, Bakewell tart, redcurrant jam and hazelnut praline. PALATE Red liqourice, clove, nutmeg, caraway and mace. Soft red fruit lingers throughout the palate. FINISH Medium, with a drying nutmeg leading into fisherman's friends
