2020 Bischöfliche DOM Riesling (Dry) Sparkling Produced in a modern wayModern and appealing dry German Riesling at its best. Tasting Notes Nose Delicately floral with citrus and light flinty aromas. Palate The palate is pure with green apple, refreshing citrus acidity, stony minerality and good length. Production The grapes originate from the steep and slatey soils of the Mosel, Saar and Ruwer.
