These bees pollenate our gardens and trees and make a plentiful supply of wildflower honey. We extract the honey from the hives and bottle it in our studio once a year in the late summer. This honey is raw and unprocessed. Raw honey naturally begins to crystallize as time passes. Crystallized honey is still just as good!
