Where the estate's main wine is built to age, Ted is made to be opened young the same organically farmed fruit and natural winemaking, in a softer, more immediately enjoyable style. The grapes come off the estate's own vineyards, fermented with wild yeasts, with a portion of whole bunches left in for a little spice and lift,
