From there the plush bunches of Mataro and Grenache were held on skins for 2 hours before being gently pressed off to the tank for fermenting with a small portion transferred to seasoned French oak Puncheons to finish fermenting on fine lees. A blend of Mataro 74% & Grenache 26%, the Salsa is primed and ready to dance across your lips with fresh red
