Clay and limestone soils, with lots of rocks. Indigenous yeasts, aged in barrel (25% new). Juicy, tactile and concentrated. this Puligny Montrachet based Bourgogne Blanc displays both lift and cut. Lovely aromas and flavors of pear, white flowers and powdered stone. An element of lemon zest keeps the palate
