Mt. Jingmai Dapingzhang 景邁山 大平掌 Shu Our 1990s Lao Shui XianJingmai Dapingzhang, Pu'er, China 2024 Fresh Sheng from the famous Jingmai Mountain, which is a UNESCO Heritage Site. This cake from a famous tea garden, Dapingzhang, displays light but biscuity texture, well balanced sweet bitter notes, lingering pleasant aroma. Perfect of a daily Sheng fix. It reminds us of the fact that it doesn't have to be all super fancy to enjoy a happy tea session.
