Hernö Sloe Gin Castarede ”The harvest and vinification ofScandinavias first Sloe Gin was launched by Hern Gin in autumn of 2015. It is based on Hern London Dry Gin and made as a traditional Sloe Gin. They let organic sloe berries rest in the gin for three months and are gently sweetened afterwards. The original Hern characteristics are still there, juniper forward and floral freshness. It goes very well in a gin and tonic, a French 75 or just on its own with a little ice.
