Full bodied on the palate with notes of cassis, black cherry and a hint of anise. Vivo is highly appreciated, powerful but at the same time very elegant example of the Toro region. Controlled alcoholic fermentation at 28C for 20 days of vatting with skins. Malolactic fermentation in a 12,000 liter French oak barrel. Ageing: 18 months in French barrique.
