Salamandre Walnut (Noix) Eau de Vie Spirit 40% 500ml Apple Cider thanks to the oaka nut brandy from a maceration of PDO Prigord walnut kernels in a brandy. This maceration is then distilled in our traditional copper stills, then aged for at least 2 years in tanks. Our walnut brandy reveals all the roundness of roasted nuts.
