An interesting piece to own and have out on display

It has small brass tacks along the lower third of the bag flap on a narrow cloth binding between the beaded area and the beaded edging

It is from the Southwest pottery collection of Rhonda Mast

one with a large blue bird on a branch and the other with a heart shaped single flower

It has 18 fully carved walrus heads with long tusks in three row of six heads each

Klamath Basket imbricated An interesting piece to ownThis is a simple but well woven Klamath basket with relatively straight sides. It has a design of four stacked parallelograms going up and to the left which is repeated three times around the basket. The basket has a pleasing braided rim and is in excellent condition.
