Shipwreck Teak ballpoint pen - WW1 wreck SS Pegu sunk in 1917 Oblique dip pen The pen pictured features GunShipwreck Teak Quality handmade ballpoint twist pen handmade in Burmese old growth Teak. The pen features black chrome coloured fittings which perfectly compliment the wood. The wood featured in this pen is Teak recovered from the wreck of Steamship Pegu. On July 8th, 1917, Pegu, on a voyage from Rangoon to Liverpool, was sunk by the German submarine U 57 (Carl Siegfried Ritter von Georg), 7 miles southeast of Galley Head. 1 person was lost. PEGU's
