VINCENT GAUDRY Sancerre "A Mi-Chemin" 2022 (White) Francois Cotat Benjamin works now on severalWine Region: Sancerre Grape: Sauvignon Blanc Decription: A Mi Chemin Vincent comes from a place called "Les Bouloises," which was planted in high density (7,000 vines per hectare) with Sauvignon on ferruginous flint soils over 35 years ago. It is vinified and aged in oak barrels for 24 months, as was traditionally done in the last century, and bottled unfiltered directly from the barrel.
