There are some pen scribbles on one of the folder pages probably from someone testing or trying to get their pen to flow

The tape itself is steel with two repairs

There is nothing more to describe the contents beyond that and the term is somewhat broad but if I had to guess, I fairly sure it contained a diaphragm making it a rather rare piece compared with its condom containing counterparts. It is in fairly good condition. It measures about 1 5 8" in diameter.
