the bottom being a full skirt in the self coloured fabric with 4 rows of lace around the bottom

There is some slight discolouration to the white backing petersham of the trouser waistband around the edges by the stitching (probably colour run from the thread) and some fraying to the same petersham at the hook and eye closure
