I believe this is a version of the dress that I found a sketch of from the permanent collection of the Hunt Museum in Ireland

Bust: stretches to 18" flat across from side seam to side seam

Note that the bodice has lost one of the boning at one side and there is a slight bit of fabric loss at the edge on one side that is barely noticeable

You can see the similarities in the cut and the use of embroidery at the front. I think I might love this one with its startling combination of pink and blue even more.
