The jacket closes with five buttons, plus a snap and hook and eye at the waist. The inside of the pockets is softly draped. It has sleeves, darts at the front and back, and a six panel skirt that closes with a metal side zipper and hook and eye. The skirt has no waistband, which is typical for the period.
