I adore the ruffles that go down then front and ring the neck and where the sleeves are set into the shoulders

I just love the bright patterns against the blue

The body is a slim column of black silk wool crepe and the fabric has a slight bit of texture to it so as you get closer it gets more visually interesting

His pieces always seem to have that rich girl feel to them and you can see some chic girl of the past pairing this with camel toned accessories and just slipping it on

I found a runway photo in the Phaidon book on Halston with a garment with a similar print which is included here for reference. The asymmetrical neckline and spiral cut gives us further confirmation of the date as this was a theme he used in this collection and for the Spring collection.
