Note that the hem of the skirt looks to have been cut at some point and is pressed to hem but the under-edge is raw

The La Mendola label is highly collectible and sought after when the duo behind the label where designing in Rome it was girls like Elizabeth Taylor and Rita Hayworth that were buying! The Italian shop closed in 1974 so this would date prior to that. The actual dress is supermodel length and fitted
