Bill Tice did lingerie and he also did a range of lounge type, hostess pieces. All with a bit of a bohemian feel and that fabulous seventies decadence. This lovely little caftan inspired dress is made of a black cheesecloth so will wear and travel well and is very light and airy to wear. The neckline has a bit of structure with an almost bib like collar detail all piped in gold metallic piping. The
