The long sleeves have a flounce from elbow to wrist, or the frock may have short sleeves (or be sleeveless and the front flounce is then omitted), all with cape at back. A belt finishes the lowered waist line of either style. The long sleeve and sleeveless frock are sold together (9 piece pattern)
